Women's Equity
Supporting women through healthcare, safety, financial literacy, livelihood opportunities, digital commerce and community leadership.
Women in underserved communities face compounded barriers โ limited access to healthcare, economic opportunity, safety networks, digital tools and leadership roles โ which compound over generations and constrain entire communities.
What this program aims to achieve
Build financial literacy, livelihood skills and micro-enterprise capabilities among women in underserved communities.
Strengthen health and safety networks through menstrual hygiene education, counselling and support services.
Enable tribal and rural women to preserve, commercialise and own their traditional knowledge and crafts through digital commerce.
Build women-led community governance, SHGs and cooperatives as a pathway to lasting local leadership.

Designed to be led by communities.
Every intervention in this program is designed with a clear pathway to community ownership. We work to build local capacity, train community leaders, and establish governance structures so that programs can operate independently over time.
How we will track progress.
Impact metrics will be defined, tracked and independently verified. Verified figures will be published on the Impact and Transparency pages as programs become operational.
All outcomes described on this page are intended targets โ not completed achievements.
